Description

Campville 304, located in Station 2, is a Class A Pumper. This truck carries all of the necessary equipment to execute a fire attack, including air bottles, 900 gallons of water, a 1250 GPM pump, hoses, etc. It is driven by a 350 HP Cummins diesel engine.

304 also has 4 wheel drive capability in the event there is a fire off a main road, such as a brush fire. Engine 304 has the ability to operate in a “pump and go” stage meaning the truck can be moving while it pumps water out of the front bumper nozzle.
