Description

Campville 303 is the Flagship of the Campville Fire Department. Brought into service in 2021, this Freightliner is powered by a Cummins 450hp engine and can deliver up to 1250 gallons per minute from its internal 1000 gallon tank. With its pump controls located inside the cab, this state of the art fire engine can support all weather operations while protecting the pump operator. In addition to the NFPA required equipment, 303 also carries the Department’s rescue equipment, including hydraulic spreaders and cutters (“jaws-of-life”), ropes, airbags, and stabilization equipment. Housed at Station 1, 303 can be rapidly deployed to any emergency in the District.
